Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing the city fleet as well as equipment. Would operate various heavy equipment such as dump truck, loader, skid-steer used in snow removal operations. Experience in city maintenance, snow plowing, and heavy equipment operation preferred but not required. Minimum qualifications include an Associate/Technical Degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a general repair facility; must be able to obtain/maintain a MnDOT Safety Inspector certification; valid Minnesota Class B driver license with required endorsements; and a high school diploma or equivalent. Employees are required to live within 30 minutes of Cambridge Public Works Department at 800 7th Avenue Southwest, Cambridge, Minnesota. Salary range is $26.59 - $28.48 per hour depending upon qualifications and full benefits.
