The Company: SAC's Enrichment Center is a well-known and respected non- profit organization which operates a café and also provides social activities and resources for seniors in Isanti County. The Position: We are seeking a full-time Executive Director, 35 hours per week, M-F from 9am to 4pm. Salary is commensurate with experience. Vacancy closing date is September 15, 2022. Requirements: High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Financial literacy Working knowledge of computer programs, including website and social media platforms and general business office skills Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the Director include, but are not limited to: Work with Board of Directors to establish goals & policies Coordinate daily meal delivery program Develop & coordinate fund-raising activities Manage employees, creating an atmosphere of openness & sharing Develop and coordinate activities applicable to seniors of various ages Network with other agencies who also support senior activities and needs Experience in budget preparation and control and financial reporting; payroll; staff supervision and maintenance of financial records Application Process: Applications along with resume should be submitted online or via mail.
