Activities/Community Education Director (Interim position for 22-23 school year) General Definition of Work: Activities Director (FTE .6): To provide leadership, planning, coordination and super- vision of all co-curricular and extracurricular activities in order to meet the mission and educational goals of Mora Public Schools. Community Education Director (FTE .4): Responsible for the overall development, organization, operation and coordination of the Community Education Program. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with coursework in recreation, fine arts, physical education, or related field required. Master's degree and administrative preferred. Moderate to advanced experience coaching, fine arts, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Director of Community Education License required. Minimum of two years experience in financial oversight, supervision and program leadership and development preferred. Experience in or knowledge of effective ECFE programming preferred. Appropriate Minnesota licensure and three years varsity head coaching experience and/or activities director experience preferred. Salary: Negotiated upon qualifications and licensure. Schedule: 223 days per year (prorated based on start date) A job description is available upon request.
