This position will be scheduled to work 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Lakes and Pines offers a competitive salary starting at $14.01 per hour (depending on experience). There is a benefit package including medical, dental and life insurance. Lakes and Pines also offers a retirement plan with 5 percent match after meeting enrollment requirements. Vacation and sick leave and 13 paid holidays per year (including one floating holiday). As a Certifier 1, your primary responsibilities will be to review Energy Assistance Pro- gram customer applications for completeness, then process the household data using multiple programs to determine if the household is eligible for assistance. Essential Functions Working knowledge of computers and ability to file data electronically. High school diploma or the equivalent Good math skills Be able to maintain accurate and legible records Good communication skills, verbal and written The ability to empathize and communicate with customers Be able to work with diverse populations Lakes pines COMMUNITY ACTION COUNCIL, INC.
