This position is full-time and eligible to receive full benefit package. Applicants must possess the following qualities: self-starter, positive attitude, willingness to learn a wide variety of varying tasks, and work well in a team/group setting. This is a non-supervisory position to perform operation and routine skilled maintenance work for buildings and grounds, water, wastewater and street maintenance functions of the city, as well as other city grounds and public works areas including city parks, streets, buildings, grounds, vehicles, equipment, and the water and sewer systems. Preferred job requirements include: Valid Minnesota B (CDL) License, water and wastewater experience. Class D water and/or wastewater license. Experience plowing snow with a plow truck and/or skid steer. Experience working in municipal government. Additional compensation for Water/Wastewater licenses and pesticide applicator license. Wages based on the current Union Contract $23.69-$29.24.
